Is every piece unique?
Yes, they are. Each piece is handmade and crafted from different jeans, making every design one of a kind. We see this as something beautiful—just like our stories, they may be similar, but each one is uniquely its own.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Our jewellery is water-resistant, but avoid saltwater and chlorinated pool water. It is also good to avoid exposing them to perfume, hairspray, or other chemical substances such as oil or nail polish. These can cause discoloration or give the jewellery a dull surface.
We recommend that you remove your jewellery when sleeping, during sweaty activities, and when showering or washing your hands.
After use, it may be appropriate to polish your jewellery with a small soft polishing cloth or similar to extend its lifespan and shine. Please store your jewellery in the small box/bag that comes with it when not in use.
Are the jewellery pieces nickel-free?
The short answer is yes. The jewelry is made of rhodium-plated brass which is suitable for people who are sensitive and is not considered hypoallergenic.
How fast is it delivered?
We most often ship the same day but at the most we ship from our store the day next coming working days after you ordered your piece. After that it highly depends on where you live, but are usually delivered within a week from our shipment.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy and a 14-day return policy for Limited Edition items. Any problems, just get in touch with us!
Are everything in the piece upcycled or environment friendly?
Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. Our signature material, TWOOD, is an upcycled denim composite that extends the life of denim fibers by 30 years and is completely free from phthalates and isocyanates.
The metals we use are either recycled or recyclable, sourced from responsible suppliers who are RJC (Responsible Jewelry Council) certified, ensuring ethical and sustainable production throughout the entire supply chain.
We carefully select materials that minimize environmental impact while maintaining high quality and durability.
Do you offer custom or personalized jewellery?
At the moment, we do not offer custom or personalized jewelry. However, we are always open to feedback for future collections!
